Oksana Bogo is the creator of the non-profit association OKXSA projects Skopje. For several years, she has been an active member of numerous international women's association such as Femmes d'Europe.

Being the spouse of a diplomat, Oksana holds an extensive network among the international culture, diplomatic and business communities. Having hosted many events for various associations in the past, Oksana has significant experience in organizing cultural events, exhibitions, chamber concerts, charity fairs and gala evenings. Through these events, she has also had the opportunity to participate as a speaker in several international forums and conferences.

Since 2018, she has been the vice president of the Belgian-based International Pushkin Foundation.
