Philosophical New Year：New Year Celebration with Philosophy - In   a  Romance  of  Spiral with  Hegel

Into the new year with art, philosophy and fine dining – this was the motto of two special nights held at InterCulture’s space on December 30 in Chinese and on January 4 in English. Dr. LAI Tsz Yuen talked about "how art transcends art itself" from the perspective of Hegel's philosophy, leading participants back to the era when romantic art was flourishing, and to feeling the Hegelian “spiral romance” as a way to capture the process of artistic style transformation.
