Norbert holds a master degree in aeronautical engineering from the University of the Armed Forces in Munich, Germany. He has spent his entire professional life in different fields of aviation, including over 15 years in China. In 2001 Norbert was named President and CEO of Lufthansa Technik Tulsa in USA; from 2011- 2022 Norbert Marx was General Manager/CEO of GAMECO, a JV of China Southern Airlines and CK Hutchison Whampoa, with headquarter in Guangzhou China and over 7000 employees.
